Notes:

AUD#1a:

This audio cassette is a first generation copy made for Kevin Graves by Eric Kristides in 1996. In 1999 after the 1997 passing of Kristides and the 1998 passing of Rozz Williams, Kevin produced a small number of prototype CD-Rs as a proof of concept for a potential release of Rozznet to accompany the already green lit prodiction of "6". For whatever reason, plans for this release alongside that of "Night Sweats" never came through. This is the only known original source of the complete performance to exist.

AUD#1b:

Prototype CD-R created by Kevin Graves of Rozznet as a proof of concept. Never released.

AUD#1b(2):

Official release of the CD-R prototype. Produced by Casey Strain one year after the death of Kevin Graves. Remastered by Allan Zane and released with the authorization of Chuck Collison.

AUD#1c:

Was to be released as part of the "Lost Recordings" series by Malaise Music. The series never saw completion and only 10 Premature Ejaculation recordings saw a release.Information from Malaise Music at the time of the "Lost Recordings" series included a line up of upcoming releases which included "Dead in Toronto". It was listed to be a two disc release which raised questions among fans as to if AUD#1b was a complete recording or not.
